Community Description:
Eternally Elegant
From the clean simplicity of the exterior to the thoughtfully appointed suites, Mona Lisa at Celebration® has been designed with a discerning eye to create an atmosphere that captures an era, yet is timeless in its delivery. Showcasing a unique ability to create architecture composed of clear, contemporary forms inspired by context and history, the design is in keeping with the modern neo-classical lines and architectural elements of the adjacent Celebration Place office park, which was also designed by Morris Adjmi. All in all, it is a modern monument to luxury holiday living.
Swimming Pool
With a sparkling reflecting pool and lushly landscaped entrance, you are greeted by spectacular beauty and an aura of artistic inspiration designed by Doyle+Batalla Landscape Architects. Embraced by a tropical setting that suggests a private enclave, yet is mere moments from Downtown Celebration and its Main Village, Orlando’s theme parks, world-class golf courses including Celebration Golf Club, and the Celebration Health fitness and medical center, Mona Lisa at Celebration® offers everything the sophisticated owner or guest could desire.
The Town
Mona Lisa at Celebration®
is located in Celebration, Florida,
the award-winning master planned community in greater Orlando, Florida, making it ideally situated
for both work and play.
Health
As a community that takes a holistic approach to living, Celebration boasts a world-class Health complex, which was designed by Robert A.M. Stern in the manner of a grand spa hotel.
A state-of-the-art hospital with a “prevention is the best medicine” philosophy, the complex also houses a 60,000 sq. ft. comprehensive fitness center, one of the largest and best in Central Florida.
Post Office
Designed by post-modernist architect Michael Graves, the Celebration Post Office is a bona-fide branch of the United States Postal System. With an iconic cylindrical tower dressed in Graves’ signature colors, it both contrasts and complements the surrounding buildings.
The Cinema
Located on Front Street, the entertainment center of Celebration, the theater is a twin-towered Art Deco masterpiece designed by Cesar Pelli, former dean of Architecture at Yale. A retro-Hollywood masterpiece, this twin-screened cinema is the focal point of the street, elevating movie-going to high art.
The Market
A collaboration between two master planners, Robert A.M. Stern and Jaquilin T. Robertson, the 16 two- and three-story buildings of Market Street are unpretentious and charming; gracefully mixing retail, dining and residential buildings to create the heart of “downtown” Celebration.
Golf
Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the course at the Celebration Golf Club is consistently rated in the “Top-100 Places to Play.” A visual as well as recreational amenity, this public course was designed with no gates or fences to be enjoyed by all. |
