Inspection Trip to Orlando Florida

Inspection trips are an enjoyable way to look before you buy. These are available for buyers or investors who wish to view communities where they want to buy or where they have purchased.

Here are the details of the Inspection Trip instigated by Refined Realty Resources Inc. for purchasers of NEW VACATION HOMES, however, to avoid any future misunderstanding, this offer is NOT AVAILABLE on resale homes.

Approx: 3 nights / 4 days, during which time we will have been able to show you around the Disney area, visiting properties which we feel will be of interest to you. Our inspection trips are tailor made for you and are only conducted on a personal one to one basis.

The scheme is simple:

(1) You arrange and pay for flights to Orlando, whether it be for a 4 day Inspection Trip, or a combined 7/14 day Trip and holiday
(2) We arrange for you to stay in a luxury villa, for which you pay a discounted - off peak - price for a 3 bed/2 bath/pool home or, if you prefer, at an associated 'Holiday Inn Express' hotel
(3) To offset some - or all - of the costs of your trip, you are GUARANTEED a REFUND OF $1500 DOLLARS when the purchase is finalised and you have taken occupation of your new home.

With regard to the trip itself (if it is a 3 night/4 day one), Refined Realty Resources will provide a Welcome Driver to transport you from the airport to your luxury accommodation, then next morning (day 2) after a good night's rest, you are taken to inspect the properties of your choice, finishing at lunchtime for an afternoon of reflection, whilst relaxing around the pool. (If you are visiting Orlando for a longer period, say 7 to 14 days, you are advised to rent a car and pick it up at the airport).

On day 3, after more viewing and final choice of your NEW HOME, some time is spent at the Refined Realty Resources office, to complete the paperwork and pay your holding deposit.

On your final day - with an early start - there may be time to do a few hours shopping before going back to the airport for the flight home

1st day
- airport pick up(3 nights/4 days trip only)
- rest and unwind

2nd day
- looking at properties till mid-day
- relax and reflect, around the pool

3rd day
- final choice of your DREAM HOME
- signing of contracts, pay deposit
- choosing your furniture package

4th day
- Early-bird breakfast(optional)
- Shopping Trip(flight times permitting)
- departure
