Info: While earning my degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida, I pursued a career in banking, lending and investments. I wanted to learn how to make money (when I had it and when I didn’t). I found ways to borrow what I didn’t have and learned of ways to invest what I did have. I’ve always found success with my investments in Florida real estate. Now, as a Florida Real Estate Agent, I am helping my clients in their various searches for the perfect investment.
Over the years, I’ve lived in several counties within Central Florida including Orange County, Seminole County, Volusia County, Osceola County and, most recently, Polk County. Relocating multiple times was by no means fun, but I did have the opportunity to familiarize myself with all the communities for which I now represent.
Born and raised in the state of Florida, I will never undervalue all it as to offer, nor will I ever want to leave. Florida experiences constant growth, above all other states (currently ranked #1 in the USA). With endless sandy beaches, gusty whistling winds, shopping that could meet the designer demands of the most rich and powerful (at outlet prices), the best golf courses in the world and theme parks that attract all ages from all over the world, this has to be the best place in the world to buy and sell real estate.
My love for architecture, my passion for Florida and my knowledge of real estate, investing and lending are all reasons for my choice to move into the Real Estate business. My very good friends, James and his spectacular wife Barbara, are the reason I chose to join Refined Realty Resources, Inc.
I live in Miller’s Landing, a small, new development settled on Lake Bess in Winter Haven and enjoy a happy, healthy life by striving to eat from a healthy menu & by breaking a sweat for at least one hour a day. My most cherished moments are those spent with my world-class husband, Jeff and two wonderful children, Dakota and Allie. There’s nothing like the smell of hot dogs at Dakota’s Saturday morning baseball games. Although lacking in most athletic skills, I enjoy being a spectator as my husband coaches the team. And every day I am in awe at my thirteen month old Allie's discoveries, from learning that her toes are, in fact, attached to uttering her first words. It’s truly amazing.
