Info: I started as a Real Estate Investor in the New Jersey area and used to own a couple of gas stations with mini marts and sold them in the late 80's. From here, I went to represent the largest Real Estate Company in New Jersey. I was inspired by the owner of the company who managed over 2200 offices from Maryland all the way to New York and was voted number one Rookie of the year.
A Realtor friend of mine asks me to come to Orlando to sell properties for vacation home rental, catering to clients’ worldwide. After investigating the Real Estate opportunities, I moved to Florida and got my Real Estate license in a month’s time.
I also represented a few builders to do Real Estate shows in the US like Park Square Homes, the developers for Tierra del sol Resort and American Home builders before KB homes.
Before Refined Realty, I was voted to be the number one salesperson in Florida by a Real Estate Franchise ERA. The name brand really did not increase my sales this is why my wife and I decided to open our own Real Estate company which has associated offices in the United Kingdom.
Being in the Real Estate and Tourist Industry here in Orlando since the 1995, I have made management companies and other real estate companies successful in their day to day operations. If not double, triple their inventories and quadruple their sales. Not to mention a lot of very happy clients from all around the world which is the most important thing to me. Being an avid golfer and a friend of Emmit Smitt, I had the opportunity to play and meet, Tiger Woods, John Daly, Micheal Jordan, Donald Trump, Alex Rodriguez, Justin Timberlake, Samuel Jackson and a lot of athletes, actors and singers through Pro-ams and Celebrity tournaments like AT&T in Pebble Beach, Century in Lake Tahoe etc... I thank my wife Barbara Frank for supporting me with my career, my 2 kids, Sarah who's 4 and step son Teddy now 15 are my inspiration.
